I was on a road trip from Dallas to Colorado Springs with a used Ford Excursion i had just purchased in Houston the day before. Three of my fuel injectors went bad just one mile up the road from Patterson Ford. I saw their sign from the hywy and pulled straight into their service dept. They Diagnosed the problem quick and put my truck right in for repairs. It was a 4 hour repair, and one of their mechanics started the job at about 2pm on a Friday afternoon. I can't thank them enough for taking me in last minute and performing a major repair on short notice, otherwise i would have been stranded for the weekend with no where to stay.... they understood i was in a bad situation and took care of me no questions asked. I can't thank you guys enough. FYI- i made it to Colorado Springs no problem and finished my trip without an issue.
Worse place ever. Customer service is awful. Went in and nobody came to greet me. Just a bunch of guys sitting at their desks who barely acknowledge me and two of them talk to me barely turning their heads. Only to basically say that they did not have enough time to assist me come back the next day. They literally had 3 hours before closing. Will not ever return here.
Took my car in for oil change . In and Out in a Flash. Everyone is so friendly. Will be back in 5k miles. Thanks Again
